Guide for AI agents

The public pages (About, Services, this guide, llms.txt) need no sign-in and no JavaScript. Everything else on SmithBrain.com is the company's own software and needs a staff account.

Signing in

• Open /. The sign-in form has two fields, Name (a first name, full name or email) and Password.
• An agent works with a person's own account, on that person's behalf. There are no API keys for browser agents.
• The app is a JavaScript application: use a real browser, not a plain page fetch.

Main areas

• CRM (/): customers, properties, jobs and other records, from the navigation menu.
• OfficeKit (/office): the office calendar and scheduling.
• MightiestRoofer (/roofer-app/): the job planner. Pick a roof, then the desk's tabs: Work order, Roof board, Crew and gear, The system, Money and days, and Sim365. Run Sim365 plans the roof across the season; Start the job runs a simulated job; the Ledger keeps finished runs.

Please don't

• Change org settings, roles or permissions, or delete records, without a person's say-so.
• Send messages to customers on your own.
